at Mother Drucker Print house & Gallery, Eisenbahnstr.14, Berlin 10997

Exhibition from November 19 to December 10.
Opening hours 12-6pm, Tuesday – Saturday

HANNAH graduated from Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design with a BA (Hons) Graphic Design 2006. HANNAH’s paintings are indicative of her engagement in the process. Colourful, playful and often dark, her work reflects a passionate energy that intersects the static with the fluid and invites the viewer to enter into striking combinations of colour and movement. It is her deliberate choice to paint on found wood. She thrives off finding a forgotten or abandoned object or piece of wood and is interested in putting it in to a new context; a rebirth. HANNAH finds satisfaction in renewing the forgotten beauty of these unwanted pieces of old furniture, and by presenting them once again to the world they reveal a revived value which in itself calls out for new attention. Born in 1984, currently living and working in Berlin, Germany.

Recent prior exhibitions include:
Druck Berlin – Mother Drucker/ Stattbad Wedding, Berlin
In black and white – The two window project, Berlin
Obst & Gemuse – The Brooklyn flee, NYC
